AN ULTIMATUM.
Rumania's Offer to Divorced Wife of King Carol. PERMISSION TO SEE SON. (Received 11.30 a.m.) BUCHAREST, October 30. The Rumanian Government has offered ex-Queen Helen the following conditions without alternatives:—(l) A sum equal to what she received prior to the reduction of the entire civil list and State employees' salaries, or nearly £14,000; (2) permission to see her son Michael in Switzerland for a month every year; (3) permission to vwit Rumania, residing where the Government desires. Princess Helen is given until to-mprrow to reply. 1
