AUCKLAND ROTARY CLUB.

President T. U. Wells occupied the chair at to-day's lunch meeting of the Auckland liotary Club, held in Messrs. Milne and Clioyce's reception hall. There was a large attendance, and amongst the visitors were Messrs. D. McDougall and E. Jlurrav Fuller (London), H. E. Annett, D. Bryant, H. Valder and W. Goodfellow (Hamilton), A. J. McEldowney and G. \V. Holford (Christchurch), Wilson (Whangarei) and A. L. Donaldson (Wanganui), J. J. Kerin (Sydney).

The chief subject of discussion after lunch was land settlement, the speakers being Messrs. D. Bryant, H. Valder and W. Goodfellow, and Dr. Annett. 1

The vote of thanks was moved by Mr. C. F. Bennett.
