HOKIANGA DISTRICT.
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FORMED. (From Our Own Correspondent.) RAWENE, Saturday. At a very enthusiastic meeting held at Kohukohu 'it was dccided to form a Hokianga Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kirkpatrick was elected to the chair, and Mr. Rupert Harrison was appointed secretary. It was decided to invite the cooperation of the Hokianga County Council, Kohukohu and Rawene Town Boards, and the Hokianga and Waimamaku Co-op. Dairy Companies, witfy the _ object ot securing. their chairmen as members of the chamber's executive, and to ask for delegates from all Bettlers'-associations and kindred^bodies.
