TERMS OF LOAN.
BANKERS AND £8,000,000 ISSUE, MELBOURNE, October 30. The Premiers' Conference has been notified that the banks have agreed to an internal loan of £8,000,000 at 3J per cent for 10 years at par. A total of £4,000,000 is to be devoted to public works in the various States and the remainder to the funding of Treasury bilk.
