HUTT WINTER CUP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) "WELLINGTON, tills day. The second- round of the Hutt Golf Club's Winter Cup competition resulted: — J. L. Black (Hamilton) beat H. E. Troutbeck (Napier), 1. up. A. G. Sime (Westport) beat W., O..Fisher (Ilutt), !> and S. T. K. McGregor (Hutt) beat W. K. Cook (Hutt), 1 up. H. A. Black (Miramar) beat F. C. Fryer (Napier), U and 8. PAPAKURA CLUB. Mr. \V. A. Pavitt presided over a good attendance of members at the; aniiual meeting of. the Papakuru Golf Club. The accounts revealed a credit balance of and the secretary's rei>ort showed the club to have liad a very successful and enjoyable season. Mr. and Mrs. E. I). McLennan, junr., were elected lll'e members in appreciation of their great interest in the club since its inception. . It is proposed to extend the course another hole next season.
