RAILWAYMAN KILLED.
TRAVELLING ON A JIGGER. HEAD-ON COLLISION WITH TRAIN-. ACCIDENT NEAR WANGANUL(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day. Mr. F. H. McCann, aged 58 years and married, an inspector on the permanent way of the Wanganui railways, was killed this morning as the result of a head-on collision between a goods train and a jigger. t ( Mr. McCann was travelling in the jigger between Aramoho and Westniere.
