POTATO TEA CAKE.
A delicious potato tea cake may l> e made from the remains of cold mashed potato, by rubbing into it an equal quantity of flotir, a quarter as much butter, and a pinch of salt and bakin? powder. Mis this to a rather stiff paste with one beaten egg. Roll out to one inch thick, cut into rounds or triangles, brush, over with milk and bake in a brisk or not too hot oven.
