Results (Akarana first) :—Mrs. Grant lost to Mrs. Craven, 5 and 4; Mrs. Preston lost to Miss Leggoe, 2 down; Miss Tingey beat Mrs. Atkinson, 5 and 4 : Miss Peet beat Mrs. Clouston, 2 up ; Mrs. Cox lost to Mrs. Hogan, 5 and 4 ; Mrs. Bayley lost to Mrs. Fleming, 4 and 3 ; Mrs. Halford lost to Miss Neville, 3 and 2 ; Mrs. Sutton lost to Miss Moulton, 1 down ; Miss Jones lost to Mrs. Smalllield, 9 and 7 ; Mrs. Spence lost to Mrs. Weir, s*aud 4; Mrs. Ewen beat Miss Stewart, 1 up; Mrs. Phillips lost to' Mrs. Swanston, 1 down ; Mrs. Kingsland beat Mrs. Herrick, 1 up ; Mrs. Ashley lost to Mrs. Harvey, 5 and 4 ; Mrs. Spencer lost to Mrs. Badley, 4 and 3.

Mrs. J. Weir was the winner of the playoff for the gold button, and Mrs. E. Sullivan won the medal round. Mrs. Taylor was the winner of the C grade eclectic match, and Mrs. Bow won the medal round.
