Bombay Business Men Lift Ban On British Cotton. BLOW AT CONGRESS/ (Received 10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Octobcr 0. Bombay cotton merchants have decided to save the Indian cotton industry from complete ruination by lifting the boycott ban against British firms and preventing further political interference by Congress politicians. This gesture is important as indicating that Bombay business men at last are tired of dictation by anti-British politicians.
