Abbott beat G. C. Henderson, 0 and 5; A. Donald beat B. Menzies, 4 and 3. Intermediate.—H. Joyce beat A. Boddington, 1 up; H. Abel beat A. McClark, 4 and 2; B. C. Thomson beat J. F. Brown, 1 up ; A. Howden beat F. Macky, 4 and 3. Juniors.—D. Poison beat A. Kirker, 4 and 3; E. Harper beat E. Friedlander, 3 and 2; It. Sellar beat W. Bell, 5 and 4; R. Workley beat F. A. Abbott at the 19th ; D. Burt beat M. Johnson, 2 and 1; V. Masters beat B. Jacobs, 5 and -4; W. Souter beat C. Knight, 2 and 1 ; C. Nathan beat G. Elliot, 1 up. The results in the semi-finals of the C ( grade tourney were as follows: —H. Y. Cameron beat W. M. Bell. 5 and 4; J. Farrell beat J. P. Upton, 5 and 4.
