NEW SECURITY PACT.
UNDER CONSIDERATION ? LONDON, September 30. The "Daily Telegraph" diplomatic contributor says there is no longer doubt that some of the main authors of the Geneva protocol of 1924, headed by M. Politis (Greece), are engaged again in the elaboration of a new security pact. The present British Government, like its predecessor, and the Italian Government, remain opposed to further commitment^.
