This question is one that is causing much heart-burning in the minds, of of tie unemployed boys who are by training em inclination eminently fitted to fill the positions occupied by girls in a good deal of the commercial houses and banks in Auckland to-day. Who are going to be the .business men of the future? Certainly not the.girls, for with few exceptions they are not meant, either physically or by personality, to be leaders of large business concerns which necessitate a great deal of concentration, ability and self-control. Then, again, no iboy growing to manhood cares for or looks forward to a future governed entirely by women, whose natural sphere » in the home and not being the providers or the means to make that home. It is natural for every female to want at some time or other a home of her own, and how can sue expect to be the wife of a man with any principle at all if she is to occupy the position that so many girls are holding to " da y! opE T ESS
