Arriving from Wellington this morning, the steamer Maunganui berthed at tho Queen's wharf, whence ehe is to sail at 3 p.m. to-day with passengers, mails and cargo for Sydney. Also at the Queen's wharf, the motor ship Port Hupn is loading for London, and is to sail on Tuesday for Gisborne and Napier to complete. On her return trip to Sydney, the Union Company's steamer Mannganui arrived at Auckland from Wellington this morning and berthed at the Queen's wharf. The Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia Is to sail tor Melbourne on Monday. Leaving Sydney to-morrow, the Oceanic Line's passenger steamer Mariposa is due at Auckland next Tuesday morning. bho is announced to sail for San Francisco, via Suva, Pago Pago, Honolulu and Los Angeles, at 5 p.m. the same day. En route from San Francisco to Auckland,' the Oceanic Line's passenger steamer Monterey leaves Los Angeles to-day, bhe is dife at Auckland on October 10, and sails for Sydney and Melbourne at 5 p.m. uie same day. MAILS REACH LONDON. The chief postmaster has received advice i that mails which left Auckland on August 23 per the K.M.m.s. Aorangi, via Vancouver, arrived at London on September J3. RARANGA TO SAIL. In continuation of her voyage from London the S.S. and A. Line steamer Karonsa is to sail for Wellington at daybreak, tomorrow. PEEBANK TO SAIL. On her arrival at Wellington from Lyttelton on October 9, the Union Com'pany's steamer Raugitira is to withdraw for annual overhaul, and the Wahine is to leave Wellington for Lyttelton the following clay in her stead. The ■ Itangitira is to resume on October 17, • and the Wahine, arriving at Wellington on October 16, is to wait over until October 18, and sail for Lyttelton on that day in place of the Maori, which .is to .be laid up during the summer.
