Budget Improves Relations With Country Party. RELIEF FOR PRODUCERS. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, September 2. The Canberra, correspondent of "The Sun" says the Federal Government contemplates being able to reduce taxation within six months, providing that the war debts moratorium is renewed. The correspondent says the immediate effect of the Budget has been to improve the relations.between the Country party and the Ministry. Much of the strained feeling which hitherto had existed disappeared overnight. The Country party is grateful for the relief to be afforded to primary producers, but much more is required.
