NEW LINER LAUNCHED.
NEW YORK-BERMUDA TRADE.
RUGBY, September 2. Lady Cubitt, wife of the Governor of Bermuda, at the works of Viekers-Arm-strong, Limited, Barrow-in-Furiiess, yesterday launched a new liner, Queen of Bermuda. . , This is a quadruple screw, turbo-elec-tric vessel, 57lift in length and 70jft in breadth. She is equipped for the carriage of passengers, mails and general and i-efrigerated cargoes. She is destined for the New York-Bermuda trade of the Furness Bermuda Line.
