PANAMA FATALITY.
NAVAL AIRMEN KILLED. PANAMA, September 2. Four naval airmen were instantly killed at Panama yesterday. A seaplane ■was towing a gunnery target with aircraft guns firing at it, when the engine suddenly stopped and the machine cra&had.
