CLAY-BIRD SHOOTING.
AUCKLAND CLUB'S SEASON.
The report presented at - the Auckland Gun Club's annual meeting stated that there were 21 shoots held during the year, and the club's two championships were both won by M. Pratt. The club had •been allotted the three.New Zealand championships for 1933, . and .proposed to arrange a most attractive week for the shooters of. the Dominion.. Arrangements were being mnde for new shooters to have special facilities,-,for 'tuition and practice, <i number of the crack shots of the club having expressed willingness-to lend their services In" that direction. ' " ■ ' The club's team won the Barratt Cup after competing with four other clubs, recording the excellent score of 102 out of 105. Thirteen fine trophies were donated by members at the meetings, and others were propused; , A clay-bird shoot will be held on Saturday, when a team from the Metropolitan Club will compete for the Barratt Cup. _ The election of <.f""""s resulted:—President, Mr. C!
