SEED SUPPLY QUESTION. NO DIFFICULTY IN SOUTH. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. So far no difficulty has arisen in Wellington over supplies of seeds for relief workers' plots. The Mayor, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, said arrangements were made through the j Horticultural Institute for the Agricultural Department to make available the necessary supplies, and as far as he [knew all was gqing along satisfactorily.
