DAIRY INDUSTRY.
HOKIANGA COMPANY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, Saturday. Between CO and 70 suppliers were present at the annual meeting , of the Hokianga Co-op. Dairy Co., Ltd., which took place at Kohukohu yesterday. Mr. W. Grounds presided. After the adoption of the report and balance-sheet the chairman gave a resume of what had taken place at the various conferences of North Auckland dairy companies which had been held for the purpose of forming an association for pooling their outputs for marketing purposes. A general discussion followed, "but no resolution was passed. The granting of a license to a new grading store in Auckland was opposed.
