BUTCHER INJURED.

KNOCKED DOWN BY TRAM. Injuries to his right arm and leg were received by a butcher, Mr. Theodora Payter, aged 25, of Dickens Street, when he was knocked down by a tramcar in Karangahape Road early last evening. He was carrying meat from a butcher's shop to a lorry on the other side of the street. He wae taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance His condition is not eerioue.
