At noon next Thursday Richard Arthur, Ltd. will offer, for auction .at their rooms a collection of French .pastels, paintings and water colours, -and • other art works; The offering will include pictures by Mr. J. Douglas Perrett, and works by English, Australian and European artists. The collection will be on view after Monday.
