ONEHUNGA COURT.

RETIREMENT OF MR. C. V. ROBERTS After 35 years in the Public Service, Mr. C. V. Roberts, clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Onehunga and Otahuhu, has been granted three months' leave of absence prior to his retirement on superannuation. Mr. Roberto was entertained last night by the police staff and friends at Onehunga, and presented with a travelling rug. In making the presentation Sergeant S. A. Brown spoke of Mr. Roberts' unfailing courtesy during the five years he had held Ms present post. Mr. O. S. Harvey, Court bailiff, will act in the meantime as clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Onehunga.
