FURTHER COMPETITIONS,

Tlie New Zealand Model Aeroplane Association's flying competitions were advanced a further stage on Saturday evening. There was a, good attendance of the public to witness the displays in the junior duration flight class, open to entrants under IS years of age. The competition attracted good entries, and was open to any type of machine, epar, fuselage and pusher models all being represented. The times recorded were good. Results:—R. H. Watson, lm 475, 1; H. E. Taylor, lm 3Ss, 2; R. F. Everson and S. J. Morris, 575, 3. The contests will be continued this evening.
