DISPUTED SALE OF STOCK.
Judgment was delivered to-day by Mr. Justice Herdman in an action conccriiing the sale of stock in the estate of Samuel Henry Elliott, a farmer, at Tatuamii, who died on September 25, 1930. The parties to the action were the Public Trustee, as plaintiff, and Wright, Stephenson and Company, as defendants. The case was heard on June 10. His Honor gave judgment for the plaintiff with costs.
