The- Matamata County Council to-day drew up a definite schedule specifying tile loads which dairy companies shall use for cream carting. Permits were given to the Now Zealand Co-op., Sunny Park, 'J.'e Aroha and Hiuuera Co-op, dairy companies to use various separate routes. It, was also decided that no permits will In; issued for lorries collecting bobby calves on any road (except one) closed for cream carting. Tito county's stand lias been taken after protracted discussion on the subject both at county and combined meetings. At these discussions the opinion had been practically unanimoilß Unit various, companies were overlapping in collecting, to the great detriment of roads.
