Because he ia always looking down in the mouth. Q. What is the difference between a milkmaid and a seaplane? A. One skims the milk and the other tskims the water. Q. When does a ship tell a falsehood? A. When it lies in dock. Q. Where should E's in "persevere" live ? A. In Ceylon, because tliey are Cingalese (single E's). Q. Why is a clever architect like a popular actor? A. Because he draws good houses. Q. What is the difference between a hungry dog and a greedy dog? A. One eats too long and the other longs to eat.
