It is situated on the Waikato River, about 10 miles from Tuakau, and four miles from Onewhero. Samuel Vailc and Sons. Ltd., will hold an auction sale at their rooms, 83, Queen Street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow, when they will offer a five-roomed bungalow, situated at 40, Sunglen Road, Mount Eden.
