ROYALTY AT MOSCOW.

KING PEISAL OF IRAQ. LONDON, June 3. A figure suggesting the Arabian Nighte appeared in proletarian Moscow when King Feisal of Iraq, accompanied by his suite, arrived there, says the Moscow correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian." He wore the national costume, a flowing brown robe, and a diadem on his head, from which fell black yellow silk braids. King Feisal was accorded semiRoyal honours. He inspected the Red troops, and drove to the Spiridonovka Palace, formerly a millionaire's town house. Lord and Lady Passfield, who were staying at the palace, hastily decided to depart to the provinces. King Feisal is the second Royal tourist to visit Moscow since the revolution, the first being ex-King Amanullah, of Afghanistan.
