U.S. FINANCE CORPORATION. (Received 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June C. General C. G. Dawes, former Ambassador to London, and recently-appointed chairman of the huge £100,000,000 Financial Reconstruction Corporation, sponsored by the American Government to back up national securities, has tendered his resignation of the latter post.
