TRUST FUNDS STOLEN
EX-SOLICITOR'S THEFTS. DIVERTED CLIENTS' MONEYS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURC'H, this day. An ex-solicitor, Charles Firth Woodhead, aged 20, married, pleaded guilty this morning to the theft of trust funds totalling £580 and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Witnesses for the Crown said that Woodhead admitted moneys paid by his clients had been used for other purposes. The thefts occurred in 1930 and 1031. Lately accused had been acting as director of a radio station.
