BURGLARY CHARGE.
Arrested by Detective Hayes, John Foley, aged 22, farm hand, appeared at the Police Court this morning charged with breaking , and entering the store, of Alexander Robert Sinton at Brighain's Creek and stealing tobacco, an oven-oat a-nd, 10/ in money, of the total value of £14 7/.
Stating that an associate had been arrested at Hamilton, Detective Sergeant Kelly obtained a remand until June 13.
