HORSES AGAIN TO THE FORE. CHICAGO, May 23. Horses are again coming into their own in States in the Middle West owing to the low price of feed and the high price of tractor fuel. In Illinois and lowa 18 horses are at work for every tractor, and fully half the farm tractors are idle. Farmers, veterinary surgeons, blacksmiths, small town banker, and business men state that horses are being used more this year than for years.
