WHANGAREI PARISHIONERS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHAN G ARE I, tliis day. At the annual meeting of the parishioners of Christ Church last evening, Mr. Porter was appointed vicar's warden, and Mr. Davies was elected people's warden. Vestrymen appointed were Messrs. Higginson, Reynolds, Ramsbottom, Oldcorn, Robertson, Marsden, Woods and Captain Foster, while Messrs. Higginson and Marsden Woods were appointed synodsmen. The annual report presented by the vicar showed that the affairs of the church were in a satisfactory state.
