UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.

On the ground of her liusband s drunkenness, cruelty and failure to maintain her, Tennent May Cole petitioned at the Supreme Conrt to-day for a divorce from Arthur Francis C/Ole. The case was not defended, and after evidence had bean given by petitioner Mr. Justice Smith granted a decree nisi.
