OBTAINED £200 CREDIT. UNSATISFACTORY REPORT. SENTENCE OF IMPRISONMENT. Having spent several days in prison on remand, George Nicholas Jensen, aged 50, a sawiniller, api>eaied for sentence at the Police Court this morning on one of three breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. Jensen had pleaded guilty to obtaining credit, £200, from Ernest Fawcett, without informing him that he was an undischarged bankrupt. "I have received a report about you from the probation officer, and it is most unsatisfactory," said Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., addressing Jensen. "It seems that you cheated nearly every person you camo across. You induced people to put money into your business and they lost it. I cannot extend leniency in this case." Jensen was sent to prison for two months.
