SHAKES ON OPEN MARKET.
The major part of the Niemeyer ronort was satisfactory in many Sects, said Mr. H. M. Rushworth MP speaking about a remit objecting to the establishment of a central bank at tho Farmers' Union conference this afternoon. „ "There is one stipulation, however, said Mr. Rushworth. "It is that the control of tho bank should be divorced from Parliament, that is, the people. Also the shares were to be sold in an open market. You will readily understand ttiat wlio ever bought shares to bo so marketed would have the control of the nation."
