BRITAIN NOT NEGOTIATING.

RUGBY, May 2.
Questioned in the House of Commons whether the Government would invite representatives of Denmark to confer regarding a commercial treaty whereby Denmark in return for importing an increased quantity of British materials and manufactures would become entitled to some of the advantages enjoyed by British Dominions and Colonies, Major Colville, for the Board of Trade, said that no negotiations would bo undertaken until after the Ottawa Conference.
