BRILLIANT THREE-YEAR-OLD whose ownership is being disputed. Croupier, the leading performer of his age at the time he was seized on the last day of the Canterbury Jockey Club's meeting in November on behalf of Messrs. John and James Paterson, of Auckland. An action is being heard at the Supreme Court, in which Mr. John Corry, of Blenheim, is asking for a declaration of ownership, and also claiming £1000 for alleged wrongful removal and detention of the horse.-
