MAJESTIC DOUBLE-FEATURE.
PROGRAMME FOR TO-MORROW. Thursday's change of programme at the Majestic Theatre will introduce two big films to Auckland. These are Will Rogers' "Business and Pleasure" and "Cheaters at Play." In "Business and Pleasure" America's favourite comedian is said to score a great hit as a gay and wealthy tourist who travels for fun and also for the reason that he is further away from Convention's restricting enactments. He is cast with Jetta Goudal and a brilliant list of supporting players. "Cheaters of Play" stars Thomas Meighan, William Bakewell, Charlotte Greenwood, Barbara Weeks and Linda Watkins in a thrilling my6tery-drama played out on board an ocean liner for the possession of an enormously valuable set of jewels. Most of the action takes place on this liner and is said to be productive of genuinely attractive film entertainment. Both Charlotte Greenwood and Barbara Weeks will be remembered for their clever work in Eddie Cantor's "Palmy Days."
