OIL LOADING STATION.—On the left are the foundations of the new oil loading station at Freeman's Bay, where the railway benrine and fuel'oil tanks will be loaded when the lift bridge on the western viaduct is finished and gives railway connection to the oil storage tanks in the bay. At present the oil has to be carted in motor tanks to the railway station, where the rail tanks are leaded.
