Cuba Davis Cup lawn tennis matches will be played here on May 13, 14 and Id. The Cuban Tennis Association announced on Wednesday that the Cuban team will be selected alter elimination play, probably late in April. CARNERA IN LONDON. THE AUSTRALIAN OFFER. Lord Tennyson's team of English cricketers Won the'first victory of the toiir of Jamaica yesterday when they defeated a combination from the County of Middlesex by 51 runs after a two days' match. The scores were:—Lord Tennyson's team, 139 for nine wickets (declared) and GO for seven (declared); Middlesex, 47 for eevea (declared), and 107.
