FIRES.
LOSSES AT CAMBRIDGE.
TWO DWELLINGS DESTROYED.

CAMBRIDGE, Monday.
Yeeterdav afternoon a ten-roomed wooden homestead at Pukerora, owned and occupied by Mr. F. Discombe, was destroyed, together with the whole of the contents. The house was insured, but the amount is not yet available. The contents were covered for £400 in the Farmers' Co-operative Insurance Association.
At 8.30 last night an old five-roomed dwelling in Kingsley Street, Leamington, was totally destroyed, also the contents. It was owned by Mr. D. S. Reynolds and occupied by Mr. F. Feisst. The house was insured for £350 with the British Traders and the effects for £250 in the Phoenix Office.
