WARKWORTH. Ihe January meeting of . the Wal kworth Women's Institute was held in ilie Oddfellows' ITall on Thursday afternoon, L. E. Civil was in the chair. After business matters had been discussed, Mrs. Civil gave a report oil the annual conference. The hostesses for the afternoon were Mesdames Heard, Moore and Smytheman. TE TIKU. Jl'c Te Uku Women's Institute held their January meeting on the 21st. There was a good attendance. The report of the quilt committee was received. A small sum, was donated to the Waikato I'ederation.
