LATE CAPTAIN STICHBURY.

At the annual meeting of the Empire Veterans' Association yesterday, reference was made to the death of Captain James Sticlibury. Captain H. Rabv, who was elected to succeed Captain Sticlibury as commandant, said that the best tribute to the memory of their late comrade would be for all to endeavour to continue the good work he had carried 011 since the inception of the association 30 years ago. The meeting passed a vote of sympathy with the family of their late commandant.
