GOLF GREENKEEPERS. ASSOCIATION FORMED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMEUSTON NORTH, this day. The lirst conference of golf greenkeepers, representing tvll parts of the Dominion, was held here, Mr. Alfred Seifert, a member of the board of greenkeepers' research of New Zealand Golf Council, presiding. Committee elected: Messrs. T. Easterbrook (Auckland), S. Ilile (Miramar), A. IJiel (Invercargill), J. B. Connor (Timoru). The secretary is Mr. G. W. Mangham (Maungakiekie). A greenkeepers' association was formed, which has the backing of the New Zealand Golf Council, and it hopes to affiliate with the British Greenkeepers' Association.
