CHEMICAL WARFARE.
CHILD DEMONSTRATORS. (Received 12 noon.) MOSCOW, January 19. Three thousand children are being trained to partake in the forthcoming chemical defence manoeuvres which the Soviet Government is organising. The children will demonstrate the use of gas masks during poison gas attacks.
