NEW MOKAU RIVER BRIDGE.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) TE KUITI, Tuesday. Mr. W. J. Broadfoot, M.P., has received advice from the Minister of Public Works that plans will be completed in a few days for the new bridge over the Mokau River at Totara, near Piopio. where a large block of native land is being developed. Immediately the cables for the bridge are to hand the work will be proceeded with as expeditiously as possible.
