ROXY THEATRE. Charles Farrell appears with. Madge Evans in "Heartbreak" for the final screening to-night at the Roxv Theatre. To-morrow two attractive pictures will replace the present programme. These films are "Shanghaied Love" and "The Deceiver." In the first, Noah Beery plays opposite Sally Blane, with Richard Cromwell in the supporting cast. The story is a thrilling drama of the past days of semi-slavery among crews and death in divers unwelcome ways for the passengers. Strange things happen aboard the "Devil-Ship," and tlie tale of the vessel's many adventures makes a most entertaining film. The other picture on the same programme, "The Deceiver," has a cast headed by lan Keith, Lloyd Hughes, Dorothy Sebastian and Natalie Moorhead. MAORI CONCERT. A selected programme of Maori dances, songs and entertainments will be offered next Thursday in the Auckland Town Hall concert chamber, when the Naumai Welfare Mission will stage a carefullyprepared performance. The items will include hakas, pois, war dances, action songs and love lullabies, while a choir of 30 voices will also be presented.
