PERSONAL.

Mr. S. C. Coldlcutt has returned from Wellington after a month's vacation. Mr. J. Beaumont Smith left by the express for Wellington last evening. Mr. A. J. Murdoch, M.P. for Marsden, left for Wellington last evening. Mr. J. M. Hyams, of Auckland, is on a visit to Wellington. Professor H. H. Corbin was a passenger for Wellington by the express last night. Dr. R. A. Shore, director of the hospitals division of the Health Department, has gone to the South Island. Mr. 11. W. Mcintosh, Commissioner of Crown Lands in Wellington, is on a visit to Auckland and is at the Royal Hotel. Messrs. G. W. Hutchison, J. A. C. Alltim and A. Millikcn, Auckland members of the executive of the Municipal Association, will leave for Wellington this evening to attend a meeting of the association. They expect to return about Friday. Mr. W. S. Rennic and Mr. R. Syme (both of Taranaki), secretary and vicepresident respectively of the Ruapehu Ski Club, are camping at Henderson. Before returning to Wellington they will visit the West Coast. Last night they were entertained at a reunion of the Auckland members of the Ruapehu Ski Club.
