1 "Silioking Cigarettes" and ''Hanging j on a Lamp Post" were two bright) new numbers introduced by the Peter Pan Band at that popular cabaret on Saturday evening. Mr. Jack Davey, who sines very charmingly, collaborated with the° baiid in several numbers. performance of "The Gondolieis a party from the J. C. Williamson Company visited the cabaret and spent a merry hour there.- Among the dancers were; —Mrs. L. Patrick, whose slimfitting frock was of black moire; Mra. Kerns, poinsettia- red georgette and lace; Mrs. Neville, gown of shrimp pink lace; Mrs. L. Elliot, black satin beaute; Miss Evelyn Gardiner (Sydney), phlox ..ink georgette, with bead embroidered coatee, trimmed' with white fur; Miss Violet Bennetto, palest flesh pink georgette, encrusted with brilliants; Miss I Betty Buddie, ivory faille gown, with short floral coatee; Miss Pat Buddie, pale amber coloured satin; Miss Marjorie Tiarks, prune coloured fische net; Miss ,Doria Griffiths (Rotorua), coral pink moire; Miss Rennie, ivory georgette and fische net; Miss Marjone Woolley, ivory satin and net; Miss Helen Seabrook, malmaison pink satin, with diamante embroideries; M'.ss Valerie Peacocke, black moire satin: Miss Gurtis, Lido blue satin and embossed lace.
